Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of agent plus, available at agentplus.ro (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

agent plus helps you turn your own photos and ideas into short videos (with captions, voice-over and music) and, if you choose, publish them to social media accounts you connect, such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

2. Your accounts

To publish, you connect your own social media accounts through the official login of each platform. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Service or from the platform's settings. The Service only posts content when you explicitly press the publish button, and only to the accounts you connected.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos, texts, videos and other content you upload or create. You are responsible for that content and confirm that you have the rights needed to use and publish it, including any music, images or trademarks it contains. You must not use the Service to create or publish content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, hateful, or that breaks the rules of the platform you publish to.

4. Third-party platforms

When you publish, your content is sent to the selected platform and becomes subject to that platform's own terms and policies (for example the TikTok Terms of Service and Music Usage Confirmation, the YouTube Terms of Service, and Meta's Terms). We are not responsible for how those platforms process, display or moderate your content.

5. AI-generated suggestions

The Service may use artificial intelligence to suggest texts, descriptions or images. Suggestions may be inaccurate; review and edit them before publishing. You are responsible for what you publish.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, publishing spam or automated bulk content, or using it to violate any law or third-party right.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of content arising from your use of the Service or of third-party platforms.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania.
